Planned Settlements August 2026 – September 2026
Civil works in Stage 20 have commenced and is on track.
- The sewer and drainage are now complete.
- Ground preparation works are progressing to allow for the upcoming pavement build-up.
- In the coming weeks, the first layer of the road pavement will be constructed and is expected to be completed in early 2026.
