Planned Settlement: June 2026 – August 2026
Civil works in Stage 11 are continuing to progress well and remain on program.
- Installation of the water mains is now complete.
- The next tasks to be undertaken include work on the base level of the roads in conjunction with the installation of the smaller drainage lines within the roads.
- Construction of the kerbs is currently forecast to start in late October.
