Planned Settlement: April 2026 – May 2026
We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 11 are ahead of program and we’ve revised our settlement expectations in by one month.
- Electrical and communication cables are now complete.
- Footpath works are currently underway.
- In the coming weeks, the footpath will be completed, followed by the topsoil on the lots.
