We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

Encompass has reached level 7 over the past month and scheduled to 'top out' at the end of March. Installation of windows to ground, level 1 and level 2 is complete. The prototype apartment has seen a slight delay and will be inspected by the project management team within the coming weeks. Tiling, joinery, painting and flooring has all been completed in the prototype apartment, final fixtures and fittings to be supplied and installed.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartment is now anticipated in Oct-Dec 2023

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the construction works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
