Welcome to the latest Encompass Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

A huge milestone has been met with the builder reaching level 8 of the Encompass building, meaning all concrete pouring and panel assembling is complete and the building has officially "topped out". Plastering and painting of ground to level 3 is underway, with service rough-in continuing on level 4. Levels 5 and 6 will both have windows installed in April and level 7 and 8 have been stripped and patched. The building will start to see a touch of colour soon, with window shrouds being installed in the month of April. Internally, the prototype apartment continues to progress and our joinery has been shipped and ready for installation in the coming weeks.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartment is now anticipated in October-December 2023

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
