Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Encompass Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

The builder is continuing to work sequentially throughout the build, with level 6 and 7 frames underway. The external shrouds surrounding some windows on the structure have been fitted, which really brings the building to life, along with the concrete stencil. Internally the ground and level 1 joinery shipment has arrived and will commence install shortly. The project team are scheduled to defect the prototype apartment in May and look forward to seeing all fixtures and fittings come together.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartment is now anticipated in October-December 2023

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
