Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Encompass Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

Construction on site continues to progress but we are facing a delay due to the joinery contractor unfortunately going into administration last month. The effect this has on the construction program is still being worked through, so we tentatively inform you that settlements are estimated in December 2023. Our builder is working through the logistics of the setback and we will keep all purchasers informed if this changes the forecast settlement timeframe again.

The builder has re-sequenced their workflow to progress all the areas not effected by the above delay. This includes flooring, tiling and painting of all floors, which is currently on level 5. The common area on level 7 has had cabling roughed in, with the ceiling to commence installation next month, and with the external awning cladding commencing shortly after that.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartment is now anticipated in December 2023

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
