We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

The crane has come down on site, which is another milestone for Carlton! This reflects the heavy lifting mostly in relation to level 7 common areas and the roof, which are now complete. Contractors continue with the internal fitout, with tiling complete to level 7. Ground and level 1 joinery is almost finished being installed with levels 2 and 3 to follow. The prototype apartment has been reviewed by the project team, with minor defects picked up indicating a high quality of finish overall. Over the next month the scaffolding will come down, revealing the facade detailing.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartment is now anticipated in December 2023

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
