Welcome to the latest Encompass Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

The internal fit out programme has progressed well on site and as previously mentioned, the joinery delays continue to prove difficult due to shipping timeframes and has resulted in a potential delay. December settlement is still possible however if there is further delay the shutdown period over Christmas and New Year may extend settlement in to February. We are therefore now estimating settlement as December 2023 - February 2024.

The common area roofing works are underway with the gold rings installed, perimeter steel fascia and canopy complete and the glazing system being installed next week.

Now that the scaffold has been removed to the west, both the tower crane and temporary lift have been removed, the basement infills are underway and the builder can now start working on the external works.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartment is now anticipated in December 2023 - February 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
