We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

As previously mentioned in our August update, we have worked closely with the builder to sequence the delayed joinery which has arrived to site and commenced install. Due to labour & manufacturing shortages, the programme needs to allow sufficient time to make sure quality and accuracy is achieved. Compounded with a difficult time of year when trades and authorities are taking well earnt rests, we have forecast a settlement date of February 2024. As always, we will keep you informed if this changes.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartment is now anticipated in February 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
