Welcome to the latest Encompass Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

The builder continues to progress with internal fitoffs, seeing carpets and flooring complete to level 7. The project management team have commenced defecting across ground floor which enables the builder to identify any reoccuring subcontractor details which require further attention. Next month the final external facade details will be fixed and level 7 common area external finishes complete. The builder is also working hard at meeting conditions to enable subdivision which is the next milestone within the program.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartment is now anticipated in February 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
