Certificates of Title: July 2025
This stage consisting of 38 lots was recently released to the market. All lots are sold, and construction works began on site in October with initial clearing and earth works. Clearing is now complete and bulk earthworks have commenced to this stage. This includes the commencement of deep trenches for installation of sewer and drainage.
- Earthworks have commenced.
- Installation of essential services have commenced.
- Practical Completion is programmed for end of April 2025.
