At Berwick Waters, we want every resident to feel informed, heard and connected in the community they're helping build. That's the idea behind our Shaping Our Community Series: three forums, run every second month, each with its own focus. Coffee Connect - an informal catch-up with your neighbours� Council Forum - direct access to local decision-makers� Development Update - what's happening on the ground right now Each one is a chance to meet the people shaping Berwick Waters and have your say in what comes next. Come along to our next forum and be part of the conversation.

There's nothing better than a hot meal on a cold winter night. Whether it's a slow-cooked lamb, a big pot of soup or a lasagne that's been in the oven all afternoon, winter is the season for cooking something that takes time. What's your go-to winter meal for the family?

Two weeks to go until the Berwick Half Marathon. Five years in, we’re proud to keep supporting a race day that brings so many people together. There’s nothing quite like seeing the community out in force, whether you’re running, walking, cheering on friends and family, or enjoying the atmosphere close to home. We’ll see you on Sunday 9 August.

This Loneliness Awareness Week, the theme is Make Room for Connection. Connection doesn't need a grand gesture. A phone call, a shared coffee, an open seat at the table all count. Small, deliberate acts like these help people feel like they belong, at home, at work, at school and in the community. This week, look for one small way to make room for someone.

The way your lot faces can make a big difference to how your home feels, from the morning light in your kitchen to the shade that keeps things comfortable in summer. Lot orientation helps shape those everyday moments long before the build begins. Five years in, the Berwick Half Marathon is still one to put in the calendar. On Sunday 9 August, race day returns with a distance for every pace, whether you’re chasing a PB, walking with friends or cheering from the sidelines. Mid-year update! The first half of the year has brought real progress to our green spaces. Springleaf Avenue Recreation Reserve is now open with sporting fields, courts and playgrounds, while College Green Creek Conservation Reserve features walking paths and habitat for native growling grass frogs.
