Welcome to your latest construction update for The Peninsula Release at The Quarry.

We’re pleased to share that bulk earthworks and major retaining walls are now complete—marking a key milestone for this precinct.

Golding Contractors have been appointed and are set to commence civil construction works this month.

Procurement is currently in progress, with sewer and stormwater pipe installation scheduled to begin shortly, alongside the construction of inter-allotment retaining walls.

Due to wet weather experienced during March and April, settlements are now anticipated to commence in September 2025, in line with the current construction timeline.
