Bulk earthworks and major retaining walls have now reached practical completion, marking a key milestone for this precinct.

Inter-allotment retaining walls are well under construction and will be completed in August. Roadworks are due to commence in September following the installation of stormwater, sewer and water during August. The installation of sewer and stormwater has been delayed due to rock located within the service trenches - which has slowed down the installation of services. Settlements across the Peninsula Collection are now expected to occur in November.
