We’re pleased to share that bulk earthworks and major retaining walls have now reached practical completion—an important milestone for this precinct.
Golding Contractors have made steady progress despite challenging rock conditions, and sewerage reticulation works are now underway. Stormwater installation along the main line is scheduled to commence in the coming weeks, marking the next phase of development.
Due to the extensive rock encountered on site, settlements are now anticipated to begin in November 2025.
