Welcome to your latest update on The Promenade Collection at The Quarry.
Bulk earthworks are now largely complete, with shaping of individual lots currently underway. Tender negotiations are progressing well as we move to appoint a civil contractor for the next stage of works, scheduled to commence in March 2026.
We are awaiting Operational Works Approval from Brisbane City Council, which is anticipated this month. Following approval, civil construction is expected to begin shortly thereafter. From that point, residents can expect consistent and visible progress as the precinct continues to evolve.
Settlement is presently forecast for July 2026, subject to weather conditions. We will continue to share monthly updates as works advance.
