Welcome to your first construction update for Release 7 at The Quarry.

We’re pleased to advise that in early May we received Operational Works Approval from Brisbane City Council, enabling construction works to officially commence on site.

Golding Contractors has been appointed as the civil contractor for the project, with works scheduled to begin in late May 2026. Residents can expect to see consistent and visible progress across the precinct as development continues.

Bulk earthworks are now largely complete, with rock over-excavation works currently underway within service trenches and road boxes. Retaining walls will soon begin to take shape, followed by the installation of underground services.

Settlement is currently forecast for Q4 2026, subject to weather conditions and construction progress. We will continue to provide monthly updates as works advance.
