Your latest construction update for Release 7 at The Quarry

We're continuing to make strong progress on site, with construction advancing steadily across the community.

Installation of key infrastructure, including stormwater and sewer services, is well underway, while retaining wall construction has also commenced between selected allotments. Following the completion of stormwater and sewer services in October, works will commence with the water main installation along with service road crossings in preparation of the roadway delivery.

Settlement is currently anticipated in Q1 2027, subject to weather and construction progress. We'll continue to share regular updates as we move closer to welcoming residents to this growing community.
