Your latest construction update for Release 7 at The Quarry

Construction is continuing to progress well, with stormwater and sewer infrastructure works currently underway. We’ve recently completed the removal of the existing roadway to Ridgeline Way, and earthworks to establish the final lot levels were successfully completed in August 2026.

During September, crews will continue installing key services, including stormwater and sewer infrastructure. Construction of retaining walls will also commence, with Adbri retaining walls being installed between selected allotments.

Settlement is currently anticipated in Q4 2026, subject to weather conditions and construction progress. We’ll continue to keep you updated with monthly progress reports as we move closer to completion.
