Your latest construction update for Release 7 at The Quarry

Construction activity is progressing steadily across the site, with rock excavation works continuing and lot filling following closely behind. Trenching and installation of underground services are underway, together with stormwater pipework installation. These works will continue throughout August, with the project transitioning into sewer installation before progressing to water main and electrical conduit construction during September. Inter-allotment retaining wall construction is also scheduled to commence in late August.

Along Ridgeline Way, temporary road demolition works between ClubQ and the cul-de-sac turnaround have now been completed. This section of roadway will be re-profiled as part of upcoming civil works, with lot service installation to occur concurrently.

Settlement is currently anticipated in Q4 2026, subject to weather conditions and ongoing construction progress. We will continue to keep you informed with regular monthly updates as works progress.
