Construction Progress: Bulk Earthworks

Welcome to your first construction update for Release 7 at The Quarry.

Golding Contractors have been appointed as the civil contractor and mobilised on site throughout June, with preparations now complete for earthworks to commence. Rock excavation is currently underway, while lot filling is progressing incrementally across the stage.

Construction of inter-allotment retaining walls and sewer infrastructure is scheduled to begin in July, followed by the installation of water, electrical and other underground services.

Temporary road demolition works on Ridgeline Way, from ClubQ to the cul-de-sac turnaround, are scheduled to take place this month to enable construction of the stage to progress.

Settlement is currently forecast for Q4 2026, subject to weather conditions and ongoing construction progress. We will continue to keep you informed with monthly updates as works advance.
