Planned Settlements June 2026
We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 17 are progressing well, and settlements are now expected June 2026.
- In the coming weeks, preparations will be undertaken for the construction of footpath and placement of topsoil.
- Now is a great time to begin seeking finance pre-approval. We recommend contacting your bank or broker to discuss your loan application and start the pre-approval process.
