Planned Settlements: June – July 2026
We’re pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 17 are progressing well. However, there has been an update to the anticipated settlement timeframe, with settlements now expected between June and July 2026.
- Footpath and Topsoil works continue and are due to be complete within the next two weeks.
- Now is a great time to begin seeking finance pre-approval. We recommend contacting your bank or broker to discuss your loan application and start the pre-approval process in time for settlements.
