Planned Settlements June 2026 – July 2026
Civil works in Stage 17 are progressing well and are on track with the original program dates.
- The base layers of the roads are well progressed now, and the kerb and channel (gutters) are complete.
- The first layer of asphalt on the roads will be constructed very soon.
- In the coming weeks, we will commence installation of electrical and communications assets.
