4 - Registration of Strata Plan
Now that the building is complete we can now lodge the Strata Plan which is reviewed by a registered surveyor (external party).

5 - Occupation Certificate
An Occupation Certificate (also known as Certificate of Occupancy) will be registered to confirm the building complies with the State’s specific building codes and that the building is ready to be occupied.

6 - Practical Completion
Practical completion stage means that the builder has completed the majority of the construction, so it is time to get ready to settle and move in.

7 - Finance & legal
It's time to get ready for settlement.
Read more
8 - Valuation
Some lenders or banks may require a valuation of your property.
Read more
9 - Pre-Settlement Inspection
A pre-settlement inspection allows you to inspect your future home to investigate its quality and note any defects or issues that need to be rectified before settlement.

10 - Settlement Notice
Once the title is registered and the property has received a Certificate of Occupancy

11 - Settlement
On the settlement day, you pay the balance of the purchase price and you are now the registered owner of the property.

12 - Handover
Please note that keys cannot be collected until settlement has taken place

Sterling Townhomes 3A
- Homes 339-344: The structure of these homes is now complete, with external brickwork and roofing underway. Services rough in have also commenced.
- Homes 332-338: Construction is progressing well, with foundations and structural works now complete. Timber framed walls are also complete with roof trusses commencing. Roofing and brickwork will then commence over the next few weeks.
- Homes 301-312: Construction is moving ahead smoothly, with foundations and structural works now complete. Timber framing is currently being installed and due to be completed over the next few weeks.
