1 - Early works
It's time to prepare the site for construction.
Read more2 - Builder appointment
Our team selects a builder through a tender process.
Read more3 - Construction
The builder now begins construction of your future apartment building.
Read more4 - Registration of Strata Plan
Now that the building is complete we can now lodge the Strata Plan which is reviewed by a registered surveyor (external party).
Read more5 - Occupation Certificate
An Occupation Certificate (also known as Certificate of Occupancy) will be registered to confirm the building complies with the State’s specific building codes and that the building is ready to be occupied.
Read more6 - Practical Completion
Practical completion stage means that the builder has completed the majority of the construction, so it is time to get ready to settle and move in.

It's time to get ready for settlement.
Read more8 - Valuation
Some lenders or banks may require a valuation of your property.
Read more9 - Pre-Settlement Inspection
A pre-settlement inspection allows you to inspect your future home to investigate its quality and note any defects or issues that need to be rectified before settlement.
Read more10 - Settlement Notice
Once the title is registered and the property has received a Certificate of Occupancy
Read more11 - Settlement
On the settlement day, you pay the balance of the purchase price and you are now the registered owner of the property.

Please note that keys cannot be collected until settlement has taken place

Planned Settlement: Q4 2026
Monfort Townhomes 2A
- Homes 201–204: Cladding and plastering are complete, waterproofing has been finalised, and tiling is currently underway. Joinery has been delivered and installation is in progress.
- Homes 214–220: Roofing and rough‑in works are underway. External wall wrap is complete, with cladding works scheduled to commence shortly.
- Homes 221–226: Roofing is complete and cladding works are well underway. Rough‑in works are finished, insulation is underway, and plastering will commence shortly.
- Homes 233–241: Framing is complete, Hebel installation is underway, and roofing has commenced. Brickwork is scheduled to begin shortly.
- Homes 227–232: Framing is nearing completion, with Hebel installation to follow shortly and roofing works to commence thereafter.
