Now that the building is complete we can now lodge the Strata Plan which is reviewed by a registered surveyor (external party).

An Occupation Certificate (also known as Certificate of Occupancy) will be registered to confirm the building complies with the State’s specific building codes and that the building is ready to be occupied.

6 - Practical Completion
Practical completion stage means that the builder has completed the majority of the construction, so it is time to get ready to settle and move in.

7 - Finance & legal
It's time to get ready for settlement.

8 - Valuation
Some lenders or banks may require a valuation of your property.

9 - Pre-Settlement Inspection
A pre-settlement inspection allows you to inspect your future home to investigate its quality and note any defects or issues that need to be rectified before settlement.

10 - Settlement Notice
Once the title is registered and the property has received a Certificate of Occupancy

11 - Settlement
On the settlement day, you pay the balance of the purchase price and you are now the registered owner of the property.

Please note that keys cannot be collected until settlement has taken place

- Homes 201–204: Internally, homes are nearing completion and are currently undergoing final fit-off works. Externally, topsoil has been imported, with planting works expected to commence shortly.
- Homes 214–220: Internal final fit-off works are ongoing, with external cladding works nearing completion.
- Homes 221–226: Joinery installation and final fit-off works are nearing completion, with cladding works also close to completion.
- Homes 233–241: Waterproofing works have been completed, and tiling works have commenced.
- Homes 227–232: Joinery installation is underway, flooring works are progressing, and scaffold removal is expected shortly.
