Now that the building is complete we can now lodge the Strata Plan which is reviewed by a registered surveyor (external party).

An Occupation Certificate (also known as Certificate of Occupancy) will be registered to confirm the building complies with the State’s specific building codes and that the building is ready to be occupied.

6 - Practical Completion
Practical completion stage means that the builder has completed the majority of the construction, so it is time to get ready to settle and move in.

7 - Finance & legal
It's time to get ready for settlement.

8 - Valuation
Some lenders or banks may require a valuation of your property.

9 - Pre-Settlement Inspection
A pre-settlement inspection allows you to inspect your future home to investigate its quality and note any defects or issues that need to be rectified before settlement.

10 - Settlement Notice
Once the title is registered and the property has received a Certificate of Occupancy

11 - Settlement
On the settlement day, you pay the balance of the purchase price and you are now the registered owner of the property.

- Homes 201–204: Cladding is 50% complete, plasterboard is nearing completion, and painting will commence shortly.
- Homes 214–220: Framing works are complete, with Hebel installation underway.
- Homes 221–226: Framing works are complete, with Hebel installation underway.
- Homes 233–241: Level 1 framing and flooring are complete, Level 2 framing has been delivered to site and will commence shortly.
- Homes 227–232: Ground floor framing and joists are complete, with all steelworks fully installed.
