Now that the building is complete we can now lodge the Strata Plan which is reviewed by a registered surveyor (external party).

An Occupation Certificate (also known as Certificate of Occupancy) will be registered to confirm the building complies with the State’s specific building codes and that the building is ready to be occupied.

6 - Practical Completion
Practical completion stage means that the builder has completed the majority of the construction, so it is time to get ready to settle and move in.

7 - Finance & legal
It's time to get ready for settlement.

8 - Valuation
Some lenders or banks may require a valuation of your property.

9 - Pre-Settlement Inspection
A pre-settlement inspection allows you to inspect your future home to investigate its quality and note any defects or issues that need to be rectified before settlement.

10 - Settlement Notice
Once the title is registered and the property has received a Certificate of Occupancy

11 - Settlement
On the settlement day, you pay the balance of the purchase price and you are now the registered owner of the property.

Please note that keys cannot be collected until settlement has taken place

- Homes 111-116: The service fit-off has now been completed, while landscaping works are actively underway—bringing both the inside and outside of your future home closer to completion.
- Homes 117–125: Joinery has been installed, benchtop installation is currently in progress, and the initial painting has been completed—tiling is also nearing completion, with your home really starting to take shape inside.
- Homes 139–144: Timber flooring is currently in progress, tiling has been completed, and joinery is now nearing completion—each detail bringing your home closer to life.
