Stage 2B: Monfort Townhomes

Construction across the development continues to progress well. For Homes 201–204, slabs have been poured and steel framing is now complete. In Homes 214–220, slabs have also been poured, with steel framing nearing completion. Homes 221–226 have their slabs poured, and framing is scheduled to commence in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, Homes 233–241 have completed slab pours, with steel framing works set to begin shortly. Finally, for Homes 227–232, all slab pours are scheduled to be completed by the end of this week.
