Stage 2B: Monfort Townhomes

Homes 201–204 are approaching completion internally, with final fit-off works underway. Externally, topsoil has been installed, and planting is expected to commence shortly.

Homes 214–220 are advancing through the final stages internally, with fit-off works underway, while external cladding is also nearing completion.

Homes 221–226 are in the late stages of construction, with joinery installation nearing completion and final fit-off works well progressed. External cladding is also close to completion.

Homes 233–241 have completed waterproofing, with tiling works now underway internally.

Homes 227–232 are progressing well, with joinery installation underway and flooring works continuing. Externally, scaffold removal is expected shortly as these homes move closer to completion.
