Stage 2B: Monfort Townhomes

Stage 2B continues to make strong progress, with homes moving through the final stages of construction and quality inspections. The first homes have completed landscaping and are undergoing final reviews, while others are in the process of having remaining inspection items addressed ahead of completion. Across the stage, landscaping, fencing and final internal works are progressing well, with additional homes entering the quality inspection phase over the coming weeks. Overall, the stage is steadily advancing towards completion, with each group of homes moving closer to settlement readiness.
