Stage 2B: Monfort Townhomes

A major milestone has been achieved, with several homes now complete and preparing to welcome their new owners.

Homes 221–226 have officially reached completion, and settlements have been called for, with settlement scheduled for 30 September. Purchasers are encouraged to ensure their finance arrangements are finalised and all loan documentation has been signed to support a smooth settlement process.

Further progress has also been made across Homes 201–204, 214–220 and 233–241, which have also now been completed. Settlements have been called for these homes, with purchasers scheduled to settle on 12 October.

These completions represent another exciting step forward for the community, with more residents set to move into their new homes in the coming weeks.

Valuations

Valuation access remains available by appointment. The valuation is an independent inspection that your bank’s nominated valuer will complete. For any questions or concerns about appointment availability, valuers can contact Tina Wu (from the below contact). Once the valuation has been completed, your loan approval will usually become unconditional (pending registration of the plan), and your lender will issue final loan documents for you to sign.
