Stage 2B: Monfort Townhomes

Stage 2B continues to make strong progress, with homes moving through the final stages of construction and quality inspections. Across the stage, landscaping, fencing and internal works are complete and Quality Inspections have been completed to with the builder now in defect close out mode in the lead up to customer Pre-Settlement Inspections. Overall, the stage is steadily advancing towards completion, with each group of homes moving closer to settlement readiness.

Valuations

Valuation access remains available by appointment. The valuation is an independent inspection that your bank’s nominated valuer will complete. For any questions or concerns about appointment availability, valuers can contact Tina Wu (from the below contact). Once the valuation has been completed, your loan approval will usually become unconditional (pending registration of the plan), and your lender will issue final loan documents for you to sign.
