Homes 201–204 are approaching completion internally, with final fit-off works underway. Externally, topsoil has been installed and planting is expected to commence shortly.

Homes 214–220 are progressing through internal final fit-off works, while external cladding is nearing completion.

Homes 221–226 are in the late stages, with joinery installation and final fit-off works close to completion, alongside cladding works also nearing completion.

Homes 233–241 have completed waterproofing, with tiling works now underway.

Homes 227–232 are advancing internally, with joinery installation in progress, flooring works progressing, and scaffold removal expected shortly.
