Stage 2B: Monfort Townhomes

Across the site, progress is tracking well. Homes 201–204 have cladding at approximately 50% completion, plasterboard nearing completion, and painting due to commence shortly. Framing works are complete for Homes 214–220 and 221–226, with Hebel installation now underway. For Homes 233–241, Level 1 framing and flooring are fully complete, with Level 2 framing delivered to the site and set to commence soon. Homes 227–232 have completed ground-floor framing and joists, with all associated steelworks fully installed.
