Construction progress across these homes is tracking well. Homes 201–204, cladding and plastering are complete, waterproofing has been finalised, and tiling is currently underway. Joinery has been delivered and installation is in progress. Homes 214–220, roofing and rough‑in works are underway. External wall wrap is complete, with cladding works scheduled to commence shortly. For Homes 221–226, roofing is complete and cladding works are well underway. Rough‑in works are finished, insulation is underway, and plastering will commence shortly. Framing for Homes 233–241 is complete, Hebel installation is underway, and roofing has commenced. Brickwork is scheduled to begin shortly. While for Homes 227–232, framing is nearing completion, with Hebel installation to follow shortly and roofing works to commence thereafter.
