Homes 201–204 are nearing completion internally, with tiling, joinery, benchtops and marble splashbacks all in place, while externally topsoil has been imported and planting is due to commence shortly.
Homes 214–220 and 221–226 are progressing well, with external cladding underway and plasterboard installation commenced.
Homes 233–241 have completed brickwork, with rendering ongoing, cladding to commence soon, and services rough-in completed.
Homes 227–232 have completed framing, with services rough-in and external cladding currently in progress.
