Homes 201–204 have completed tiling, with joinery, benchtops, and marble splashbacks installed, and external areas prepared for planting following topsoil placement. Homes 214–220 have joinery installed, waterproofing complete, tiling underway, and cladding nearing completion. Homes 221–226 have completed cladding, with scaffolding now down and joinery installation commencing. Homes 233–241 have external render complete and ready for painting, with internal services rough-in finished and plasterboard works ongoing. Homes 227–232 have cladding nearing completion, services rough-in finished, and internal insulation and plasterboard installation progressing.
