What’s on at The Grove

Our dedicated Community Development team work alongside resident volunteers to make The Grove an enriching and engaging place to live. A regular social calendar offers residents a space to connect with one another and the opportunity to meet new people in the community.

Spring has arrived at The Grove! The days are getting a little longer, the weather a little warmer, and there are plenty of reasons to spend more time outside. Take a wander along the wetlands, keep an eye out for the first signs of new growth, or make the most of an afternoon at one of the local parks. Sometimes the best part of a new season is simply noticing the little changes happening around you. What’s your favourite way to enjoy spring at The Grove?

Today is International Youth Day, and there is a lot to celebrate at The Grove. From Dianella Community Centre to the Wyndham youth programs down the road, our young residents have real spaces to grow, connect and lead. Add to that Karwan Primary School and Brinbeal Secondary College right here in the community, along with a great choice of other schools nearby, and our kids are set up to learn, play and thrive close to home. 75,000 plants procured. One of the best parts about life at the Grove is having The Wetlands as your second backyard. Whether it's a wildlife sighting, exercise, or simply some fresh air you seek, the wetlands provides. Take a tour through the recently completed interpretive signage trail and learn a little about the planning, design and meaning behind the area.

World Nature Conservation Day is on the 28th July and at The Grove, it's something residents get to see and experience every single day. The 11 hectare wetlands, Davis Creek and the Werribee River corridor are home to over 50 species of native birds and wildlife, from superb fairy-wrens to the occasional platypus sighting along the river bank. From the beginning, Frasers Property made a deliberate choice to build The Grove around its natural environment rather than over it. The green corridors, native planting and waterway management are all part of that commitment, making sure the wildlife that was here first continues to have a place to thrive. #WorldNatureConservationDay
