Construction progress

Since our last update, the builder encountered some delays associated with ground conditions (now resolved), along with some winter weather days. As a result, there has been an update to the forecast for settlement.

The site is currently a hive of activity and construction is progressing rapidly. Recently, basement three and two slabs were poured, and formwork for basement one and precast columns are being lifted in. The structure is starting to take shape which is exciting to see.

Settlement forecast

The settlement timeframe of your apartment is now anticipated for August to September 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the construction works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

Finance & Legal

In preparing for settlement, it's important that you consult with your bank or financial lender to obtain formal approval, and legal representation to confirm that all your documentation is in order.
