Welcome to the latest Encompass Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction progress

Over the past month the builder has been busy preparing and pouring the ground floor level podium slab, which for perspective contains the same amount of concrete as the floor slabs on levels one and two combined!

All concrete precast panels and columns have been installed in the three basement levels where stripping of formwork and patching has commenced. Upcoming works include installing internal and external precast panels and pouring the floor slabs of levels one and two.

Settlement forecast

The settlement timeframe of your apartment is now anticipated for September 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the construction works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

Finance & Legal

In preparing for settlement, it's important that you consult with your bank or financial lender to obtain formal approval, and legal representation to confirm that all your documentation is in order.
