Welcome to the latest Encompass Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction progress

The structure is progressing well, with the builder continuing to pour concrete whilst the beautiful spring weather permits!

Basement one, two and three have been poured and all of the precast panels associated have been lifted in. Upcoming works include ground floor and level one concrete slab pours, in conjunction with basement two and three stripping and patching.

Settlement forecast

The settlement timeframe of your apartment is now anticipated for August to September 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the construction works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

Finance & Legal

In preparing for settlement, it's important that you consult with your bank or financial lender to obtain formal approval, and legal representation to confirm that all your documentation is in order.
