Welcome to the latest Encompass construction update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

The head contractor has been expediting works by completing concrete pours for levels two and three, and they are even expecting to pour level four by Christmas!

The prototype apartment has started to be formed and the project team are excited to see the design come to life. This prototype will set the standard for all apartment designs which the builder and subcontractors will refer to as they progress with works.

Settlement forecast

Settlement of your apartment is anticipated between October to December 2023.

Please note that the anticipated time-frame for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the construction works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

Finance & Legal

In preparing for settlement, it's important that you engage a finance broker or lender to assist in sourcing a loan if required, and a legal representative to represent you at the time of settlement.
