Welcome to the latest Encompass Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction progress

The project team are working with the builder to reduce delays associated with continued wet weather and some intricacies with the ground floor concrete slab pour. This has taken longer than expected and has resulted in a new settlement forecast of quarter four 2023.

On site, the stripping of form work within basement levels three and two is now complete and level one underway. Ground and level one concrete slab pours are complete, with the precast concrete panels being lifted in. The project team are satisfied with the installation of these precast concrete panels and continue to review as the development progresses.

Settlement forecast

The settlement timeframe of your apartment is now anticipated between October to December 2023 - Q4.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the construction works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

Finance & Legal

In preparing for settlement, it's important that you engage a finance broker or a lender to assist in sourcing a loan if required. And to engage a legal representative to represent you at time of settlement
