Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Parkfront Collection

We are pleased to provide you with the first construction update for your new home in the Parkfront Collection, Central Park at Ed.Square.

It is our aim to ensure that you are updated at every step of the way, so updates will be provided via the Ed.Square Property Tracker. This is where you will find the latest updates, settlement anticipations, recent photos from site, and everything you need to know about moving into your new home, when the time comes.

Recently, we have seen Creation Homes begin to establish themselves onsite, with works underway in preparation for the first concrete slabs to be poured. Over the next month Creation Homes will be continuing site establishment works, along with the excavation of retaining wall footings, setting out of slabs and services, along with piering installation. We are looking forward to these early works progressing and reaching our first exciting milestone, the first concrete slab pours of our Central Park precinct.

It is anticipated that settlement of your new home will occur in late 2026 .

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
