Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Parkfront Collection

We are pleased to provide the latest construction update for your new home within the Parkfront Collection at Central Park, Ed.Square.

Construction across the Parkfront Collection continues to progress steadily. Our building contractor, Creation Homes, has completed the installation of roof sheeting for the Manhattan Terraces facing General Boulevard. The next stage will involve wrapping the homes, enabling the commencement of external cladding and service rough-ins.

Roof sheeting for the SOHO Terraces has been completed, and the structures are now fully wrapped. Internally, service rough-ins and wall insulation have been finalised. At the completion of quality assurance inspection installation of internal linings will commence.

At this stage, settlement of your new home is anticipated in late 2026.
