Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Parkfront Collection

We are pleased to provide the latest construction update for your new home within the Parkfront Collection at Central Park, Ed.Square.

Construction across the Parkfront Collection continues to progress well. Our builder, Creation Homes, is well advanced with waterproofing works to the wet areas within the Manhattan Terraces fronting General Boulevard. These works will enable tilers to commence screed installation and complete the final waterproofing activities. Externally, bricklaying works are continuing across the site to support the progression of other façade elements.

Within the SOHO Terraces, waterproofing works have now been completed, allowing tile installation works to commence. Quality inspections are currently underway across the roofs and façades. Once these inspections are completed, scaffold removal will begin, providing the first opportunity to view the finished façades. This represents an exciting milestone as the homes continue to take shape.

Creation Homes continue to advance works across the project. Based on the current construction program, purchasers are expected to be invited to attend pre-settlement inspections prior to the Christmas shutdown period, with settlements anticipated to commence from February 2027.

We will continue to provide monthly updates and keep you informed as construction progresses towards completion.
