Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Parkfront Collection

We are pleased to provide the latest construction update for your new home within the Parkfront Collection at Central Park, Ed.Square.

Construction across the Parkfront Collection continues to progress, with our building contractor, Creation Homes, completing the installation of the stairs to the Manhattan Terraces fronting General Boulevard. It's been great to see the installation of the kitchen cabinetry progressing, with stone benchtops going in over the coming week and waterproofing to wet areas due to commence shortly. Externally, the bricklayers are back onsite working to complete remaining brickwork.

We are also happy to report that waterproofing works to the wet areas within the SOHO Terraces are continuing, with tilers now commencing screeding works to internal wet areas and balconies in preparation quality checks prior to commencement of tiling. Kitchen cabinetry and stone benchtops have now been installed to these homes.

Creation Homes continues to make progress across the project. Based on the current construction program, we have made a minor adjustment to the anticipated settlement timeline. We currently expect to invite purchasers to complete their pre-settlement inspections prior to the Christmas shutdown period, with settlements anticipated to commence from February 2027. We will continue to provide monthly updates to keep you informed of progress throughout the remainder of the construction process.
