Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Parkfront Collection

We are pleased to provide the latest construction update for your new home within the Parkfront Collection at Central Park, Ed.Square.

Construction of the Manhattan Terraces fronting General Boulevard continues to progress well. Our builder, Creation Homes, is currently undertaking quality inspections of completed wet area waterproofing in preparation for upcoming tiling works. Internally, kitchen benchtops and splashbacks have now been installed. Externally, bricklaying remains underway, with carpenters on-site preparing for the installation of cladding.

The SOHO Terraces are also progressing well, with staircase screen installation now complete and tiling works underway. Externally, the façades have been finished, allowing the first sections of scaffolding to be removed and revealing an exciting glimpse of the streetscape these homes will create. It's fantastic to see the character of these homes starting to come to life.

Creation Homes continue to advance works across the project. Based on the current construction program, settlements are anticipated to commence from February 2027.

We will continue to provide monthly updates and keep you informed as construction progresses towards completion.
