Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Parkfront Collection

We are pleased to share the latest construction update for your new home in the Parkfront Collection at Central Park, Ed.Square.

Construction across the Parkfront Collection continues to progress well. Our building contractor, Creation Homes, has completed the installation of scaffolding around the Manhattan Terraces facing General Boulevard, which has allowed roof trusses to be installed. In the coming weeks, we expect roof sheeting to be completed, followed by the commencement of external cladding.

At the rear of the site, roof trusses and roof sheeting have now been completed for the SOHO Terraces. External cladding works are scheduled to commence shortly.

At this stage, settlement of your new home is anticipated to take place in late 2026.
