Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Parkfront Collection

We are pleased to provide the latest construction update for your new home within the Parkfront Collection at Central Park, Ed.Square.

Construction across the Parkfront Collection continues to progress well. Our building contractor, Creation Homes, has completed the installation of internal linings to the Manhattan Terraces, fronting General Boulevard. This has seen stair installation commence and preparations are underway for waterproofing works to the internal wet areas. Externally, cladding installation activities have resumed, with the team focused on completing the remaining brickwork installation.

We are also pleased to report that waterproofing works to the wet areas within the SOHO Terraces have commenced. Externally, construction teams are continuing progress on the installation of cladding to these homes.

Creation Homes are working hard to have your home complete by the end of the year. At this stage, we aniticipate completion of your new home to be in December 2026. We will continue to keep you informed of progress through our monthly construction updates.
