Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Parkfront Collection

We are pleased to provide the latest construction update for your new home within the Parkfront Collection at Central Park, Ed.Square.

Construction across the Parkfront Collection continues to progress steadily. Our building contractor, Creation Homes, is nearing completion of the services rough-in and is well advanced with pre-lining checks for the Manhattan Terraces, facing General Boulevard. The next stage will involve the installation of insulation.

Installation of the internal linings for the SOHO Terraces is now complete, with preparation works underway for waterproofing the wet areas. Externally, the team has commenced wrapping the façades in preparation for the cladding phase.

At this stage, settlement of your new home is anticipated in late 2026.
