Construction Update Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Parkfront Collection

We are pleased to provide you with the next construction update for your new home in the Parkfront Collection, Central Park at Ed.Square.

It is our aim to ensure that you are updated at every step of the way, so updates will be provided via the Ed.Square Property Tracker. This is where you will find the latest updates, settlement anticipations, recent photos from site, and everything you need to know about moving into your new home, when the time comes.

It's been exciting to see Creation Homes commence works on-site. Early earthworks are underway including the set out of retaining walls. Through the remainder of August the team will be working through formwork and ground services in preparation for the first concrete slab to be poured. The teams from both Frasers Property and Creation Homes is excited to see this stage come to life.

It is anticipated that settlement of your new home will occur in late 2026.
